Service Description

My Counseling services include talk therapy directed towards tuning in with the soul and its messages that are presenting as symptoms. Services will identify behavioral issues, relationship patterns, thought processes, and left over residual effects of trauma to be transmuted for healing. I accept United Healthcare and Cigna insurance providers. I specialize in: Trauma, Relationship Issues, Women's Health, Anxiety, Depression, & Issues related to Identity. Techniques I use: Somatic Healing, Meditation, Light Yoga, CBT, Psychoanalysis & Intuitive Healing.
