My Story
Lauren Spencer MA, LPC, CYT is a Licensed Practicing Counselor who received her Masters in Counseling from Regis University in 2014. While pursuing her Masters Lauren also received a 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher Certificate. Lauren has studied the body in depth and integrates yoga, shamanic healing, energy work, womb healing, heart awakening, and ritual into her private practice. Lauren is a Reiki Master, apprenticed under a flower essence practitioner, trained in Womb Awakening, and completed a Water Priestess course to help women embody their Divine Feminine Essence.
Lauren has traveled the world and experienced healing through many different cultural lenses. Divine Reality is symbolic of the search for harmony, peace, and return to the Holy Spirit within. Her practice provides a healing space to explore the human experience and integrate its wisdom. As a Mental Health Therapist, Reiki Master, Water Priestess, Yoga Teacher, and a channel for the Divine Feminine Awakening Lauren offers an option to incorporate each of these modalities into her treatment to bring about healing on multiple levels.
Lauren's calling to step into her purpose as a healer came when she passed through her own healing. She began searching and experiencing a variety of modalities that shifted her mind, body, and soul. These tools and studies brought clarity to the importance of the up's, down's, in's, and out's we move through in life. Lauren felt called to bring this medicine forward and Divine Reality was born.
